No Therapist-Client Relationship

Visiting this website or submitting a contact form does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established through a formal intake process and mutual agreement to begin treatment.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment and Insurance

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept several major insurance plans. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, and session limits.

Before beginning therapy, all clients receive and sign an informed consent document that outlines the nature of therapy, potential risks and benefits, confidentiality and its limits, and financial policies.

Emergency Situations
